the pushup position. Balance with one arm and row the dumbbell upward with the
other. Place the dumbbell back to the start and switch arms. When done properly

Barbell Front Squats: Using a barbell rack will help with this exercise. Walk up
to the barbell and place it on your front shoulders. Keeping your upper arms
parallel to the floor cross your arms. Lower your body down to a thigh parallel
position and return to a standing position. Repeat until the set is complete.
You will be building your legs and abs at the same time. What's happening here
is the abs are working to balance the shift in weight. Injury will happen if
done improperly so be cautious of your form.
Mountain Climbers Floor Style: This exercise does not have a specific amount of
reps to be completed. Instead you will be doing this set for a specific amount
of time. 30 seconds is a good place to start. When done quickly and in proper
form your abs will get a great workout. Assume the push-up position. Move the
right knee up to your chest and back again to the start. Alternate between legs.
Short rest between sets are key to increasing your metabolism. Follow the steps
